What data do we process?

The AksCAD applications and this site have no user accounts, sign-up, forms or mailing lists; we do not ask for or collect your name, e-mail or similar personal data. Coordinates, dimensions and projects you enter are stored only on your device or browser and are not sent to us. Reading from PDFs and photos happens inside your browser; your files are not uploaded to any server.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages). When you connect, technical connection data such as your IP address, browser details and request time may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the page and keep it secure. Cloudflare's servers may be located outside Türkiye; this processing is subject to Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We do not separately collect, store or use these logs to identify anyone.

Visit statistics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to see how often pages are visited. It uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. Information such as page address, referring site, country, browser and device type is reported only as aggregate counts and is not used to identify anyone.

Purpose and legal basis

Technical connection data and aggregate visit statistics are processed only for the operation, security and improvement of the site, on the basis of legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).

To learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, or exercise your other rights under KVKK art. 11, write to [email protected].

In the future

If accounts or paid plans are introduced, the data processed, purposes and transfers will be updated in this notice and announced in advance.
