Scope
These terms apply to everyone using akscad.com and the AksCAD applications on it (AksCAD Stair, AksCAD Kazı and those added later). By using the site or the applications you accept these terms.
Introductory period
During the introductory period the applications are free, with all features. The introductory period is free; the applications may become paid later. Any move to paid plans will be announced on the site in advance.
Professional disclaimer
AksCAD applications are preliminary design and calculation tools. Responsibility for calculations and drawings lies with the engineer who signs the project. Dimensions, quantities, reinforcement, excavation volumes and drawings produced by the applications must not be used without being checked by an engineer for compliance with codes, site and project conditions. No structural analysis is performed; reinforcement is decided by the engineer and the program only draws the reinforcement entered.
No warranty
The site and applications are provided "as is". They are not guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for direct or indirect damage arising from their use.
Your data and backups
Your projects are stored only on your own device or browser and are not sent to us. Projects may be lost if browser data is cleared or the device is changed or fails. Backing up important projects by exporting them is your responsibility.
Intellectual property
The AksCAD name, logos, site content and applications belong to Can Güler. You may freely use the drawings and outputs you produce with the applications in your own work. Copying the applications, distributing modified versions or reverse engineering them is prohibited.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current text is always on this page; significant changes are announced on the site.
